I am Dr Fatemeh Niazmand, a GP with a strong background in cardiology and a deep interest in chronic disease management, particularly in areas such as cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, and elderly care. 

In addition to my work in internal medicine, I have gained valuable experience in women’s health and preventive medicine, both of which I am deeply passionate about. I am committed to providing compassionate, patient-centred care and aim to support my patients in leading healthier and more balanced lives. 

It is a great privilege for me to contribute meaningfully to the health and wellbeing of the community.
